After the laborious experience of taking “The Newspaper” through hundreds of transformations to create the first images, I was eager to try something simpler.

As I approach this new challenge by selecting an extreme close up from the rippled pages, the most unexpected happened.

How can something so far from nature be so reminiscent of its existence and undeniable beauty? Even thought it was never my intention to look for scenery as I tend to see only lines, colors and shapes, there it was. No matter which side I turned the image, all I could see was nature.

At first, I felt that I had to select one, but after reflection, I realized that there was no legitimate reason for me to choose. After all, who was I to deny existence to any of those images, when they so strongly manifested their presence?

These images were printed with archival ink on Velvet Fine Art Paper, then mounted on Fine Rag Heavyweight Paper, signed and numbered according to the "Ethics of Original Printmaking" and presented with a Certificate of Authenticity. 

While the series was numbered as a limited of edition of 50, only a few copies have actually been printed, and it is more than likely that no other copies will ever be printed.
